Adult websites can’t use Google AdSense. That’s the reality - and it creates a massive market for alternative ad networks. Whether you run a tube site, cam platform, dating site, or any adult content property, you need a network that accepts your traffic, pays competitive CPMs, and doesn’t disappear overnight.

We run a small ad network ourselves, which makes us an interested party - so this list sticks to what each network publishes about itself, with a link to the source, rather than to vibes about who is best.

How to read the numbers. Every figure was read off the network’s own public pages on 9 August 2026, and where a network does not publish something the cell says “not published” instead of guessing. Payout terms in this industry change without announcement and half the comparison articles online are quoting figures from years ago - including, until recently, this one.

Every row above was read off the network’s own site on 9 August 2026. “Not published” means exactly that - the figure is not on their public pages, and we would rather leave a hole than fill it with a number from a review site. Several of these cells used to contain such numbers in earlier versions of this article, and most of those numbers were wrong.

1. ExoClick

The industry standard.

ExoClick has been around since 2006 and serves over 12 billion impressions daily across 65,000+ publisher sites. It’s the largest dedicated adult ad network and for many publishers, the default choice.

What sets ExoClick apart is the sheer variety: over 20 ad formats including banners, popunders, native ads, in-page push, interstitials, video (pre-roll, outstream), and direct links. They also offer innovative features like Dynamic AdBlock Domain Rotation (which bypasses static adblocker lists) and Multi-Format Ads (one zone serves different formats automatically).

The platform offers a full REST API, though it’s complex and has a steep learning curve. The dashboard is modern and data updates near real-time.

Pros:

  • Massive scale - 12B daily impressions, 100% fill rate
  • 20+ ad formats - more than any competitor
  • Reliable payments - always on time, 15+ year track record
  • Anti-adblock solution built in
  • Low $20 minimum payout

Cons:

  • Support response times can be slow (hours to days)
  • API is complex - steep learning curve for developers
  • The $20 floor is Paxum only - crypto starts at $50, Bitcoin at $500, wire at $200
  • No PayPal payouts for publishers
  • $200 minimum deposit for advertisers

Best for: Publishers who want maximum scale, format variety, and a reliable long-term partner. Experienced advertisers running multi-format campaigns globally. Deeper look: our full ExoClick review and the head-to-head against TrafficStars.

Payout: $20 min (Paxum), Net7 weekly or Net20 monthly, Paxum / crypto (40+ assets, USDT included) / BitPay / Wire. Their published terms

2. TrafficStars

Premium inventory with smart optimization.

TrafficStars serves 7-10 billion daily impressions and has built a strong reputation for traffic quality and advanced targeting. The platform supports banners, native, video pre-roll, video IM slider, push, pops, and interstitial ads - with a strong emphasis on video and native formats.

Their standout feature is the CPMV (Cost Per Mille Visible) pricing model - you only pay for ads actually seen by users, which keeps costs down for advertisers and improves overall ecosystem quality. The anti-fraud technology filters bot traffic, invalid clicks, and suspicious patterns in real-time.

For publishers, TrafficStars offers competitive CPMs with a 100% fill rate and 35+ adult categories for targeting.

Pros:

  • High-quality traffic from premium adult publishers
  • CPMV pricing - pay only for viewed impressions
  • Strong video and native ad performance
  • Advanced anti-fraud protection
  • Self-serve platform with good targeting options

Cons:

  • The low threshold is USDT-only - e-wallets start at $100, wire at $1,000
  • Finding optimal ad spots requires significant testing
  • Primarily adult-focused - limited mainstream demand
  • Dashboard can be complex for beginners

Best for: Publishers with quality traffic who want strong CPMs. Advertisers who value fraud protection and premium inventory, especially for video and native campaigns.

Payout: from $10 (USDT), $100 most e-wallets, $1,000 wire. Weekly, monthly or quarterly. PayPal / Paxum / USDT / BTC / Capitalist / SEPA / Wire

3. TrafficJunky

Direct access to Pornhub, YouPorn, RedTube traffic.

TrafficJunky is the exclusive ad network for MindGeek (Aylo) properties - including Pornhub, YouPorn, and RedTube. That means access to approximately 150 million unique daily visitors and nearly 4 billion daily impressions from some of the highest-traffic adult sites on the internet.

This exclusivity is both the biggest advantage and limitation. You get premium, high-converting traffic from sites everyone knows. But you’re limited to their publisher inventory - no external publisher network.

Pros:

  • Exclusive access to Pornhub/YouPorn/RedTube traffic
  • 150M+ unique daily visitors
  • Strong DSP controls for precise targeting
  • High-converting premium traffic

Cons:

  • Limited to MindGeek properties only
  • Higher CPMs than broader networks
  • $100 minimum deposit
  • Less format variety than ExoClick

Best for: Advertisers with budget who want premium adult tube site traffic with high conversion potential. Not suitable for publishers (unless you own a MindGeek property).

Payout: Advertiser-focused platform. Publisher payouts via Paxum / Wire / Crypto.

4. JuicyAds

The trusted veteran with a dated interface.

JuicyAds has been around since 2006 and has earned 30+ industry awards. With over 100,000 activated accounts and over 1 billion daily impressions, it’s a household name in adult advertising. The platform’s unique Marketplace model lets advertisers buy ad space directly on specific publisher sites - something few competitors offer.

The proprietary “Adsistant” auto-optimization and “Sexy Technology” anti-fraud tools work behind the scenes to optimize campaigns.

However, the platform is showing its age. The interface feels dated compared to modern alternatives, the ad format selection is limited to just four types (banners, popunders, native, interstitials), and the API documentation is minimal. No push notifications and no video formats - though crypto payouts, long a gap here, were automated in the July 2025 platform update.

Pros:

  • Nearly 20 years in business - proven reliability
  • Weekly payouts with low $25 minimum
  • 20% lifetime referral program (industry-leading)
  • Direct site buy marketplace
  • Good for dating and cam verticals

Cons:

  • Dated user interface
  • Only 4 ad formats (no push, no video)
  • API documentation is minimal
  • No anti-adblock solution

Best for: Publishers who value reliable weekly payouts and a trusted brand. Advertisers who want to buy specific placements on known adult sites through the marketplace. Deeper look: our full JuicyAds review.

Payout: $25 min, Weekly (Fridays), PayPal / Paxum / Payoneer / Wire / Check / crypto

5. Adsterra

Fast approval, global reach, publisher-friendly.

Adsterra is a global ad network that launched in 2013 and serves over 25 billion geo-targeted impressions monthly. While not adult-only, the network accepts adult traffic and has become a popular choice for adult publishers, especially those who value fast onboarding.

The approval process is notably quick - often under 10 minutes. Combined with a $5 minimum payout (via Paxum/WebMoney), Adsterra lowers the barrier to entry for new publishers. The “Partner Care” approach means dedicated account managers and multilingual support.

Ad formats include popunder, Social Bar (a proprietary format), native banners, and VAST video. The three-level security system provides strong anti-fraud protection.

Pros:

  • 10-minute approval process
  • $5 minimum payout (Paxum/WebMoney)
  • 100% fill rate across 248 GEOs
  • Partner Care with personal account managers
  • Anti-fraud and anti-adblock solutions
  • Supports USDT payouts

Cons:

  • Traffic quality can vary - requires diligent testing
  • Adult-specific performance data not always transparent
  • $100 minimum for PayPal/BTC payouts
  • $1,000 minimum for wire transfer
  • Payout thresholds vary by method and are not all published up front

Best for: New publishers who need fast approval and low payout thresholds. Publishers looking for a network that accepts both adult and mainstream traffic with USDT payouts.

Payout: $5 minimum via Paxum, automated once the balance clears the threshold for your chosen method. Their publisher page

6. HilltopAds

Low entry barrier with full format coverage.

HilltopAds started as a popunder-only network but has expanded to offer a full range of formats: push notifications, direct links, video, native ads, banners, and popunders. They serve both mainstream and adult traffic globally.

The standout feature is the payout structure: a $20 minimum with payouts every Tuesday on Net7 terms, and a wide list of methods including USDT on both TRC20 and ERC20.

Pros:

  • Low $20 minimum payout
  • Full range of ad formats
  • Accepts both mainstream and adult traffic
  • USDT TRC20/ERC20, plus Wise and Capitalist alongside the usual options
  • Competitive CPMs for Tier-1 geos

Cons:

  • Net7 terms mean the money is a week behind the traffic
  • Smaller scale than ExoClick or TrafficStars
  • Dashboard could be more intuitive

Best for: Small to mid-sized publishers who want low payout minimums, format variety, and USDT payouts. Good for publishers testing multiple ad formats.

Payout: $20 min, Net7 paid Tuesdays, Bitcoin / USDT TRC20 & ERC20 / Wise / PayPal / Wire / Paxum / WebMoney / Capitalist. Their publisher page

7. TwinRed

High CPMs for premium adult traffic.

Previously known as DoublePimp, TwinRed has built a reputation for offering some of the highest CPMs in the adult niche. The platform focuses on real-time bidding and performance marketing with strong targeting capabilities.

Formats include video pre-rolls, popunders, display ads, native ads, push notifications, and full-page interstitials. The focus on premium publisher inventory means traffic quality tends to be higher than average.

Pros:

  • Among the highest CPMs in adult niche
  • RTB-driven with strong campaign analytics
  • Premium publisher inventory
  • Good variety of ad formats

Cons:

  • No referral program
  • $50-$500 minimum payouts depending on method
  • Smaller publisher network than ExoClick
  • Less known - fewer community resources and reviews

Best for: Publishers with premium adult traffic who want to maximize CPMs. Advertisers running performance campaigns at scale.

Payout: not published. TwinRed’s site carries no payout thresholds, methods or terms - the figures circulating for them come from second-hand sources, not from TwinRed.

8. ClickAdilla

Simple self-serve platform for adult traffic.

ClickAdilla is a self-serve ad network that offers a straightforward experience for both publishers and advertisers in the adult space. The platform provides customizable campaigns with banner, push, popunder, native, and in-page push formats.

The platform emphasizes clean, quality traffic with anti-fraud systems based on big data and machine learning. Integration is simple - one tag covers all formats.

Pros:

  • Clean, simple interface
  • One-tag integration
  • AI-powered traffic optimization
  • Withdrawals are on demand, with a 3-7 day approval window
  • Good CPM rates for quality traffic

Cons:

  • Smaller scale than top-tier networks
  • Limited advanced targeting compared to ExoClick
  • Fewer community resources and reviews
  • $50 minimum payout

Best for: Publishers who want a simple, no-fuss self-serve experience with fast payouts. Advertisers testing adult offers with smaller budgets.

Payout: $50 minimum, withdrawals on demand with a 3-7 day approval. Cards / USDT / Capitalist / Paxum / Wire / Coinbase / Cryptomus.

Format variety with mainstream and adult coverage.

Clickadu has grown to serve over 6 billion daily impressions across 200+ countries. The platform offers seven ad formats: banners, popunders, push notifications, instant messages, video pre-rolls, in-page ads, and skim - more variety than most mid-tier networks.

  • 6B daily impressions - serious scale
  • 7 ad formats including unique options (skim, instant messages)
  • Covers both mainstream and adult
  • Self-serve with intuitive campaign builder
  • 200+ country coverage

Cons:

  • $100 minimum payout

  • Traffic quality can vary
  • Support response times inconsistent

Best for: Publishers with mixed traffic (mainstream + adult) who want format variety. Advertisers targeting multiple geos and verticals.

Payout: $50 minimum. Weekly Net7 paid on Tuesdays, twice a month on the 7th and 22nd, or monthly - by agreement. Referral pays 5% for the first year.

10. EVADAV

Push and in-page push specialist.

EVADAV focuses on push notifications and in-page push ads, with additional support for popunder and native formats. The network serves over 1 billion daily impressions and has built a solid reputation for push ad performance.

Pros:

  • Strong push and in-page push performance
  • Paid every 7 days, on Tuesdays
  • No minimum traffic to join - “whether your website receives 100 visitors a day or 1 000 000”
  • Pays for push subscriptions on CPA, not only for impressions
  • Self-serve with clean interface

Cons:

  • $100 payout floor, $1,000 by wire - one of the highest entry points here
  • No crypto payouts at all - no BTC, no USDT
  • Limited format variety (primarily push-focused)
  • Smaller scale than top-tier networks
  • Less suitable for publishers who need video or banner focus

Best for: Publishers who want to monetize with push and in-page push formats. Advertisers running dating, gaming, or utility campaigns via push traffic.

Payout: $100 minimum, $1,000 by wire, every 7 days on Tuesdays. PayPal / Paxum / Skrill / ePayments / WebMoney / Payoneer / Wire - no crypto option.

11. PopAds

Pure popunder network with instant payouts.

PopAds does one thing and does it well: popunder ads. The network serves 500M+ daily impressions focused entirely on this single format. The $5 minimum payout and on-request payout schedule make it one of the most accessible options for small publishers.

Pros:

  • $5 minimum payout - lowest in the industry
  • On-request payout (withdraw anytime)
  • Fast approval
  • Simple to set up and use
  • Strong anti-fraud detection

Cons:

  • Only one ad format (popunders)
  • Lower CPMs than multi-format networks
  • Limited targeting options

12. PopCash

Fast daily payouts for popunder traffic.

Pros:

  • Daily automatic payouts
  • $10 minimum payout

Payout: $10 minimum, daily, processed “within a matter of hours”. PayPal / Paxum / Skrill / WebMoney / Bitcoin / Wire. They also publish their split: 80% revenue share.

13. MyBid

Fully managed - hands-off approach.

MyBid takes a different approach: instead of self-serve, the network provides fully managed campaigns. A personal manager handles optimization, targeting, and performance for you. The network has built strong connections with direct adult publishers globally.

Pros:

  • Fully managed - no need to optimize yourself
  • Good traffic quality from direct publishers
  • Multiple formats (push, pop, native, banner, video)
  • Personal manager for each account

Cons:

  • Less control over campaign details
  • $100 minimum payout

Payout: three times a week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday - with no minimum published. Bitcoin / USDT / USDC (ERC-20) / Payoneer / Capitalist / Wire.

14. Kadam

Strong in CIS and European markets.

  • Multiple formats
  • Good for gambling and dating verticals

Cons:

How to Choose the Right Adult Ad Network

Choosing the right network depends on what matters most to you:

If you want maximum scale and formats: ExoClick is the clear leader with 12B daily impressions and 20+ formats.

If you want premium traffic quality: TrafficStars offers CPMV pricing and strong anti-fraud, ensuring you pay only for real, visible impressions.

If you want the fastest approval: Adsterra approves publishers in under 10 minutes with a $5 minimum payout.

If you want weekly payouts: JuicyAds (Fridays), HilltopAds (Tuesdays, Net7), ExoClick (Mondays, Net7) and PopCash (daily) offer the fastest payout cycles.

If you want USDT/crypto payouts: this used to be the easy way to tell newer networks from older ones, and it no longer is. HilltopAds, Adsterra and TrafficStars pay in USDT; ExoClick added direct crypto across 40+ assets including USDT on several chains; JuicyAds automated crypto payouts in 2025. Check the exact chain and threshold - TrafficStars starts at $10 for USDT but $100 for e-wallets, ExoClick at $50 for crypto but $500 for Bitcoin specifically.

Format-specific rankings live in their own guides: popunder networks and push notification networks. If you are earlier than that and still choosing a monetization model at all, start with how to monetize an adult website.

If you want to monetize with popunders only: PopAds ($5 min, on-request payout) or PopCash ($10 min, daily payout) are the simplest options.

If you have premium tube site traffic: TrafficJunky gives access to Pornhub-level demand, but only for their own properties.

Can You Use Multiple Networks?

Yes - and most experienced publishers do. Running 2-3 networks simultaneously (different formats or different zones on the same page) lets you compare CPMs and maximize total revenue. Some publishers use one network for popunders, another for banners, and a third for push notifications.

The only risk is page speed: too many ad scripts can slow your site down, hurting both user experience and SEO. A cleaner approach is finding one network that covers all the formats you need - so you manage a single integration instead of juggling three or four.

Looking for a smaller, newer network to test alongside the ones above? HellClick runs nine ad formats from a single SDK, a dashboard that refreshes every 30 seconds, and weekly USDT payouts from $30. Every site is read by a person before it serves, and unsold banner, in-page push and pop slots fall back to our ExoClick partnership instead of going blank. Start earning →
