We provide an advertising network platform that connects advertisers and publishers to serve digital ads.
2. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
- You will not engage in fraudulent activity such as click fraud, fake traffic, or manipulative behavior.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Publisher Site Requirements
To be approved as a publisher, your site must meet the following criteria:
- Hosted on your own registered domain. Sites on free hosting platforms or free subdomains are not accepted, including but not limited to:
blogspot.com(and country variants such asblogspot.co.uk,blogspot.de, etc.),blogger.com,wordpress.com,wixsite.com,weebly.com,tumblr.com,medium.com,substack.com,github.io,gitlab.io,netlify.app,vercel.app,pages.dev,herokuapp.com,repl.co,glitch.me,lovable.app,neocities.org,alwaysdata.net,surge.sh,infinityfreeapp.com,free.nf,rf.gd,kesug.com,wuaze.com,lovestoblog.com,infy.uk,epizy.com,000webhostapp.com,free.fr,onrender.com,fly.dev,web.app,firebaseapp.com,itch.io,carrd.co,framer.website,webflow.io,canva.site,durable.co,bubbleapps.io,softr.app,42web.io,great-site.net,000.pe,freecluster.eu,gt.tc,gamer.gd,page.gd,xo.je,infinityfree.me,gamer.free,freedev.app,freehosting.dev,howto.rocks,free.je,site.je,freepage.cc,infinityfree.io,ifree.page,infy.click,nfy.fyi, and any similar free hosting or free subdomain providers. - Site must be live, publicly accessible, and contain original content.
- No URL shorteners, redirect-only domains, or parked domains.
- No content prohibited by applicable law (CSAM, malware, phishing, copyright infringement, illegal goods or services).
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any site at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activity.
5. Payments and Fees
Payments to publishers are made according to our payment schedule. We reserve the right to withhold payments in case of suspicious activity or violations.
5.1 Advertiser refunds
An advertiser who decides to stop working with us may ask for the funds still sitting on their advertiser balance to be returned. Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account.
What is refundable is the unspent balance only. Traffic already delivered is not refundable - those impressions and clicks were bought and served. Refunds are also limited to money you deposited yourself: publisher earnings moved across to an advertiser balance go back out through the publisher payout process, with its own minimum and schedule, not as a refund.
A refund is sent minus the blockchain transfer fee, and minus a 5% handling fee on refunds of $500 or less. Refunds above $500 carry the transfer fee only. Balances under $20 are not refunded - the transfer costs more than the amount being returned; spend the remainder on traffic instead.
Refunds are sent to the same wallet the deposit came from, on the same network. We do not refund to a different address, and where a balance was topped up from several wallets, each part goes back to the wallet it arrived from.
We may decline a refund where the account is under investigation for fraud or a breach of these terms, or where the funds are the subject of a dispute.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials provided by us remain our property or the property of our licensors.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or fraudulent activity.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus Jurisdiction.
